This software allows to plot and store graphs which can be displayed on the web interface.

create_global_plot(work_file_path, ...[, ...])	generate genome-wide manhattan plot for a given set of phenotypes
create_local_plot(work_file_path, ...)	generate a zoom plot for a given set of phenotypes
